5. Custom Song Requests
Custom songs are personalised digital products.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be available only if work has not yet commenced.
Once lyric writing, planning, production, or song generation has begun, refunds are generally not available.
No Refunds For
Refunds will not be granted due to:
- Genre preference changes
- Style preference changes
- Vocal preference changes
- Instrument preference changes
- Creative interpretation
- Personal taste
- Changes of mind
Customers acknowledge that music and vocals may be created using AI-assisted tools and that creative interpretation forms part of the production process.
Additional Versions
Additional song generations, alternative arrangements, remixes, or newly generated versions using approved lyrics require a new order and are not grounds for a refund.
6. Custom Mixtape Requests
Custom mixtapes are personalised digital products consisting of multiple custom songs created around a common theme.
Refunds may only be considered before work begins.
Once planning, lyric creation, production, or song generation has commenced, refunds are generally not available.
Refunds will not be granted due to:
- Personal taste
- Musical preferences
- Genre changes
- Style changes
- Creative interpretation
- Vocal preferences
- Instrument preferences
Additional versions or alternative generations require a new order.
7. Custom Soundtrack Requests
Custom soundtracks involve extensive creative development based on stories, novels, films, games, podcasts, or other creative projects.
Because significant planning and creative work is involved, refunds are generally unavailable once work has commenced.
Refunds will not be granted due to:
- Changes in creative direction
- Changes in story elements
- Genre changes
- Style changes
- Character changes
- Musical preferences
- Creative interpretation
Additional soundtrack generations, alternative arrangements, or alternative soundtrack versions require a new order.
8. Streaming Platforms
Where songs, mixtapes, or soundtracks are released on streaming platforms, we cannot guarantee:
- Approval
- Distribution
- Availability
- Monetisation
- Rankings
- Playlist placement
Streaming platform decisions are made solely by the relevant platform and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund:

11. Exchanges
Physical products may be exchanged only if defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Digital products, custom songs, mixtapes, and soundtracks cannot be exchanged.
