We create custom soundtrack collections based on stories, films, novels, television series, games, podcasts, personal projects, and other creative works.
A soundtrack package consists of up to twenty (20) custom soundtrack pieces created around the customer’s project, story, characters, themes, and emotional direction.
Soundtracks may be instrumental, vocal, or a combination of both, depending on the customer’s requirements.
2.1 After receiving an order, we will review the information supplied by the customer.
2.2 Customers must provide sufficient information regarding the project, story, characters, scenes, themes, and musical direction.
2.3 Based on the information provided, we will develop a soundtrack plan and create the soundtrack pieces.
2.4 Track titles may be supplied by the customer or created by us where appropriate.
2.5 Soundtrack pieces are designed to work together as part of a complete soundtrack experience.
3.1 Most soundtrack projects are completed within 10 to 21 business days.
3.2 Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
3.3 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to workload, project complexity, public holidays, or technical factors.
4.1 The customer confirms that all information, story material, character descriptions, names, artwork, scripts, manuscripts, and other supplied content may legally be used.
4.2 The customer remains responsible for ensuring that submitted material does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5.1 Soundtrack music may be created using AI-assisted music production tools combined with human creative direction, editing, selection, and project management.
5.2 The final soundtrack may contain creative interpretations of the supplied material.
5.3 Exact replication of specific composers, artists, bands, films, games, television shows, or copyrighted soundtracks cannot be guaranteed.
6.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions of their desired soundtrack style, genre, atmosphere, instrumentation, and emotional direction.
6.2 Soundtrack creation is a creative process and final results may differ from the customer’s expectations while remaining within the requested style and direction.
6.3 Dissatisfaction with genre selection, atmosphere, instrumentation, pacing, arrangement, vocal interpretation, or artistic direction does not constitute a defect in the product.
7.1 Each soundtrack piece includes the creation of two generated versions.
7.2 We will select and deliver the version that best represents the final soundtrack piece.
7.3 Customers who purchase the “Both Versions” add-on will receive both versions of each soundtrack piece.
7.4 Requests for additional soundtrack generations, alternative arrangements, remixes, different styles, or newly generated versions using the same project brief shall be treated as a new order and charged at the current applicable rate.
7.5 Approval of a soundtrack piece does not entitle the customer to unlimited regenerations or revisions.
8.1 Completed soundtrack projects will be delivered digitally.
8.2 Soundtracks may be made available through the customer’s account dashboard on our website.
8.3 We recommend that customers download and safely store all delivered files.
9.1 Where applicable, soundtrack projects may be released on streaming platforms under our artist profiles.
9.2 Availability on streaming services is subject to the policies and review processes of the relevant platforms.
9.3 We cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, monetisation, ranking, playlist placement, or continued availability on any platform.
10.1 Upon full payment, the customer receives commercial-use rights to the completed soundtrack.
10.2 The customer may use the soundtrack in books, audiobooks, films, television productions, games, podcasts, YouTube content, marketing campaigns, business projects, presentations, social media content, and other commercial projects.
10.3 We retain the right to stream, promote, distribute, showcase, and publish the soundtrack through our own websites, artist profiles, streaming platforms, portfolios, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11.1 The Custom Mixtape product is intended for personal music collections, gifts, themed playlists, and memory-based music projects.
11.2 The Custom Mixtape product may not be used as a substitute for a soundtrack project.
11.3 Projects involving novels, films, television series, games, podcasts, stage productions, story-driven content, character themes, scene themes, world-building, or narrative scoring require the purchase of a Custom Soundtrack package.
11.4 We reserve the right to require customers to upgrade from a Mixtape package to a Soundtrack package if the requested work falls within the scope of soundtrack creation.
12.1 We reserve the right to refuse requests containing unlawful, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
12.2 If a request is refused before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
13.1 Custom soundtracks are personalised digital products.
13.2 Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available.
13.3 Dissatisfaction with genre, style, atmosphere, instrumentation, pacing, arrangement, vocal interpretation, emotional tone, or creative direction does not qualify for a refund.
13.4 By submitting a soundtrack request, the customer acknowledges that soundtrack creation is a creative process and accepts the possibility of artistic interpretation.
13.5 Requests for additional soundtrack generations do not constitute a defect in the delivered product.
13.6 Additional versions, alternative arrangements, or alternative soundtrack interpretations require a new order.
14.1 We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the soundtrack.
14.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific soundtrack order.
15.1 By submitting a soundtrack request, making payment, accepting delivery, or using any delivered soundtrack material, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
15.2 The customer acknowledges that soundtrack music may be created using AI-assisted music production tools and accepts the creative nature of the final product.
