We create custom songs based on the information provided by the customer. Songs may be requested in either English or Afrikaans.
Customers may select their preferred genre, musical style, mood, instrumentation, theme, and any other creative direction they would like incorporated into the song.
Each song is created specifically for the individual request and is intended to be a unique personalised product.
2.1 After an order is received, we will review the information provided and write custom lyrics based on the customer’s request.
2.2 The lyrics will be sent to the customer for review and approval before song production begins.
2.3 One round of lyric revisions is included before final approval.
2.4 Once the lyrics have been approved, they are considered final.
2.5 No lyric changes are included after approval unless otherwise agreed and additional fees may apply.
2.6 After lyric approval, two song versions will be generated using the approved lyrics.
2.7 We will select and deliver the version that we believe best represents the final song.
2.8 Customers who purchase the “Both Versions” add-on will receive both generated versions.
3.1 Most custom songs are completed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date that the final lyrics have been approved.
3.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to workload, public holidays, technical issues, or the complexity of the request.
3.3 If delays occur, we will communicate the updated estimated delivery date where possible.
4.1 The customer confirms that any names, stories, poems, lyrics, personal information, or other content submitted for inclusion in the song may legally be used.
4.2 The customer agrees not to submit any content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any applicable laws.
4.3 The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of all information supplied.
5.1 Every custom song is personally written based on the information, story, theme, and requirements supplied by the customer.
5.2 The lyrics are written specifically for the customer’s request.
5.3 The music, instrumentation, arrangement, vocals, and singing performance are created using AI-assisted music production tools.
5.4 While every effort is made to follow the customer’s requested style and genre, the final result may contain creative variations and interpretations.
5.5 Due to the nature of music generation technology, exact replication of any artist, singer, band, or copyrighted work cannot be guaranteed.
6.1 Customers are responsible for carefully selecting their preferred genre, musical style, mood, and instrumentation.
6.2 Musical taste is subjective and customers acknowledge that personal preference may differ from the final generated result.
6.3 Dissatisfaction with the chosen genre, style, arrangement, instrumentation, vocal interpretation, or musical direction does not constitute a fault in the product.
7.1 Each custom song order includes the generation of two versions using the approved lyrics.
7.2 We will select the version that best represents the final song and deliver it to the customer.
7.3 Customers who purchase the “Both Versions” add-on will receive both generated versions.
7.4 Any request for additional song generations, alternative arrangements, different genres, different vocal styles, remixes, or newly generated versions using the same approved lyrics will be treated as a new order and charged at the current applicable rate.
7.5 Approval of the lyrics does not entitle the customer to unlimited song generations, alternative versions, or revisions.
7.6 Due to the nature of AI-assisted music production, each generated version is unique and may differ in vocals, instrumentation, pacing, energy, and overall interpretation.
8.1 Completed songs will be delivered digitally.
8.2 Songs may be made available through the customer’s account dashboard on our website.
8.3 Download availability and account access remain subject to the functionality and availability of our website systems.
8.4 We recommend that customers download and safely store their purchased songs after delivery.
9.1 Where applicable, songs may be released on streaming platforms under our artist profiles.
9.2 Streaming platform releases may include services such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, TikTok Music, and other digital music services.
9.3 Release dates and availability on third-party platforms are subject to the policies, review processes, and timelines of those platforms.
9.4 We cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, placement, visibility, monetisation, or continued availability on any third-party platform.
10.1 Upon full payment, the customer receives commercial-use rights to the completed custom song and lyrics.
10.2 The customer may use the song for personal, promotional, business, marketing, social media, video, podcast, presentation, event, and other commercial purposes.
10.3 The customer may share, distribute, and publicly use the delivered song.
10.4 We retain the right to distribute, stream, promote, showcase, and publish the song through our own websites, artist profiles, streaming platforms, social media channels, portfolios, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11.1 We reserve the right to refuse any request that contains unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
11.2 If a request is refused before work begins, a refund may be provided at our discretion.
12.1 Custom songs are personalised digital products.
12.2 Once lyric writing or song production has commenced, refunds are generally not available.
12.3 Dissatisfaction with a chosen genre, style, instrumentation, arrangement, vocals, musical interpretation, or creative direction does not qualify for a refund.
12.4 The customer acknowledges that AI-assisted music generation may produce creative variations and interpretations within the selected style.
12.5 By approving the lyrics and proceeding with production, the customer accepts the selected genre and style for the final song.
12.6 Requests for additional generations, alternative versions, different arrangements, or different vocal interpretations do not constitute a defect in the delivered product.
12.7 Any request for newly generated versions after delivery will be treated as a new order.
12.8 If we are unable to complete the order for reasons within our control, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
13.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the song.
13.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
14.1 By submitting a custom song request, making payment, approving lyrics, or accepting delivery of a song, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
14.2 The customer acknowledges that the music and vocals are created using AI-assisted tools and accepts the creative nature of the final generated product.
