We create custom mixtapes consisting of up to twelve (12) custom songs based on a customer’s story, memories, relationship, family, event, pet, life journey, or personal theme.
Mixtapes may be created in English, Afrikaans, or a combination of both languages.
Customers may select their preferred genre, style, mood, instrumentation, and overall creative direction.
2.1 Customers must provide sufficient information about the overall theme and the desired content for the mixtape.
2.2 Customers may provide titles, song ideas, memories, stories, names, dedications, and other creative direction for individual songs.
2.3 We will create a collection of songs designed to work together as a cohesive mixtape.
2.4 Each song is created specifically for the customer’s request.
3.1 Most mixtape projects are completed within 7 to 14 business days.
3.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, project complexity, public holidays, or technical factors.
4.1 The customer confirms that all information, names, stories, memories, lyrics, poems, photographs, and other material supplied may legally be used.
4.2 The customer remains responsible for ensuring that submitted material does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5.1 Lyrics are written specifically for the customer’s project.
5.2 Music, vocals, instrumentation, arrangements, and singing performances may be created using AI-assisted music production tools.
5.3 Final songs may contain creative interpretations of the information supplied by the customer.
5.4 Exact replication of any artist, singer, band, composer, or copyrighted work cannot be guaranteed.
6.1 Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred style, genre, mood, instrumentation, and musical direction.
6.2 Musical taste is subjective.
6.3 Dissatisfaction with a selected genre, arrangement, instrumentation, vocals, or musical interpretation does not constitute a defect in the product.
7.1 Each song includes the creation of two generated versions.
7.2 We will select and deliver the version that best represents the final song.
7.3 Customers who purchase the “Both Versions” add-on will receive both versions of each song.
7.4 Requests for additional generations, alternative styles, remixes, arrangements, or newly generated versions using the same lyrics shall be treated as a new order and charged at the current applicable rate.
7.5 Approval of a song does not entitle the customer to unlimited generations or revisions.
8.1 Completed mixtapes will be delivered digitally.
8.2 Mixtapes may be made available through the customer’s account dashboard on our website.
8.3 We recommend that customers download and safely store all delivered files.
9.1 Where selected, songs may be released on streaming platforms under our artist profiles.
9.2 Release dates and availability remain subject to the policies and review processes of the relevant streaming platforms.
9.3 We cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, monetisation, ranking, playlist placement, or continued availability on any third-party platform.
10.1 Upon full payment, the customer receives commercial-use rights to the completed mixtape and its songs.
10.2 The customer may use the songs for personal, promotional, business, marketing, social media, podcast, video, event, and other commercial purposes.
10.3 We retain the right to stream, promote, distribute, showcase, and publish the songs through our own websites, artist profiles, streaming platforms, portfolios, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11.1 The Custom Mixtape package is intended for personal music collections, gifts, family stories, memory collections, relationship stories, anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, memorials, pet stories, inspirational projects, and similar personal themes.
11.2 The Custom Mixtape package is not intended for films, television series, games, podcasts, audiobooks, novels, stage productions, or narrative soundtrack projects.
11.3 Projects requiring scene-by-scene scoring, character themes, world-building themes, story progression themes, production music, or soundtrack composition require a Custom Soundtrack package.
11.4 We reserve the right to require customers to upgrade to a Custom Soundtrack package where the requested project falls outside the intended scope of the Mixtape product.
12.1 We reserve the right to refuse requests containing unlawful, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
12.2 If a request is refused before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
13.1 Custom mixtapes are personalised digital products.
13.2 Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available.
13.3 Dissatisfaction with genre, style, instrumentation, arrangement, vocals, musical interpretation, emotional tone, or creative direction does not qualify for a refund.
13.4 Requests for additional generations or alternative versions do not constitute a defect in the delivered product.
13.5 Additional versions, alternative arrangements, or alternative interpretations require a new order.
14.1 We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the mixtape.
14.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
15.1 By submitting a mixtape request, making payment, accepting delivery, or using any delivered material, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
15.2 The customer acknowledges that the music and vocals may be created using AI-assisted music production tools and accepts the creative nature of the final product.
